The Pittsgrove Township Republican Organization will not be sponsoring a scholarship this year 2008.
PITTSGROVE TOWNSHIP INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATION offering a $500 scholarship for a graduating student pursuing a business/technical career. Deadline May 15, 2008.
Five $1000 scholarships will be awarded to Salem County high school seniors. Must be enrolled in a college/university or trade school for fall of 2008 and demonstrate dedication to community service.

A member in good standing of his/her golf team and who plans to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the US. You need not to be a member of a country club or golf club, however if you are a member of a golf club you must be sponsored by an SJGA member. Several scholarships from $500-$750+ are being offered. This scholarship is to reward a college or trade school-bound senior who has demonstrated outstanding humanitarianism during their high school years and may not qualify for more traditional academic /athletic scholarships. A graduating senior who attended PTMS for at least two years. Trade school bound senior with a minimum GPA 2.0 , have received no suspensions throughout four years of high school, demonstrated initiative and commitment to pursue a vocational or trade school career. Two letters of recommendation from teacher/counselor/supervisor who has worked with the student in the trade that he/she wishes to pursue. Look over the following criteria and see if you would be applicable, you must be a student that can demonstrate the following characteristics: Leadership, Outstanding Sportsman, Integrity, Desire and Determination, Humanitarian. Academic standing of "C" or better. Applications are available in the guidance office.
