New Jersey State Golf Association Caddie Scholarship Program

Scholastic achievement, SAT scores, character and leadership, length and quality of service as a caddie, financial need, golf club’s support of the program.

Off Broad Street Players Scholarship in the Performing Arts

Seniors who are interested in the Performing Arts as a career in acting, scenery design, music, etc. this $1000 scholarship could be yours. Applications are in the guidance office.

Marine Trades Association of New Jersey

Three scholarships are being offered by the Marine Trades Association of New Jersey:

1. $1500.00 can be applied to any marine trade program at any school.

2. Full scholarship to Pennco Tech in Blackwood, NJ for the Marine Technician Program.

3. Full scholarship for the Marine Service Technology Program at the Automotive Training Center in Pennsylvania.

The Donald and Itasker Thornton Memorial Scholarship

A female of color (African American, Latino-American, Caribbean-American, Native American, etc), graduating senior, GPA of C or better, official high school transcript required, three letters of recommendation, essay required, photograph, and accepted to an accredited college/university. Specific instructions are in the guidance office along with an applicaiton.

Jon M. Pritsch Memorial Fund announces Golf Scholarships

Interested in a career in a golf-related field? Acceptance to either the Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program or the School of Agronomy at accredited college or university is a must. Applications are in the guidance office or ask your golf coach.

SWEA (Swedish Women's Educational Association)

The purpose of this scholarship is to promote Swedish culture, traditions and language in areas such as literature, science, art, music, hand crafts and design. A $3000 scholarship will be awarded to a high school student that has been selected by the SWEA NJ Educational Scholarship and Award Committee. Applications are available in the guidance office.

Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey Scholarship

Three- $1000 scholarships are being offered to any high school senior who has epilepsy and will be attending a college, or university. Academy achievement, participation in activities and financial need will be considered. Applications are available in the guidance office. www.efnj.com

BigSun Organization

The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. We are offering an annual scholarship to a deserving student. All student athletes are eligible for this award, regardless of which sport they are participating in.
Deadline - June 20, 2008 Amount of Award - $500.00

The successful applicant will be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute and currently involved in some sport at that institution.
