»School Report Card (DOE)
The Pittsgrove Township Schools are conducting a survey to help identify next year's kindergarten students to assist in the enrollment process.
If your child will be five (5) years of age on or before October 1, 2008, he/she will be eligible to attend kindergarten in September 2008.
We are requesting that you contact Norma School at 358-6904, ext. 4731 as soon as possible.
If you know someone who has a child of Kindergarten age, please share this information with them.
In order to register your child for school, you must present the following documents:
Original, certified certificate. This does not include the unofficial hospital certificate.
This is the shot record where the child's physician has recorded all shots or immunizations given from birth to date. We must see a copy of the most recent record so that we may determine what immunizations are still needed in order to start school. Many immunizations are now required for school admittance.
In some cases, immunizations may not be up-to-date due to a child's age. However, the immunizations must be completed prior to starting school in September.
When registering a child for school, you must submit two (2) proofs of residency in Pittsgrove Township. These documents may be a driver's license, tax bill, utility bill (telephone, electric, gas), homeowner's insurance bill, mortgage documents, rental agreement, etc. The actual address of the residence must be on the document; Post Office Box numbers are not exceptable.
In order to start school, you will need to complete the following school forms:
