Cross-Age Teachers

The Cross-Age Teaching Program consists of groups of students who present prevention programs to younger students. Currently, these students are doing tobacco-prevention presentations to the fourth-grade students at Olivet Elementary School.

Students volunteer to be Cross-Age Teachers. However, they must be interviewed, and must sign a commitment, which states, among other things, they will not use alcohol or other drugs.
