Jessica Padilla has been named Cougar of the Month for February 2008.
As a senior at Schalick High School, Jessica serves as the secretary for the National Honor Society, and is part of FCA, Fellowship for Christian Athletes. She is in the advanced placement studio art class and a member of the Art Academy. In the art academy, she is currently developing a portfolio which will be submitted in early May 2008.
Jessica wants to pursue a career in art education and has been accepted to a variety of colleges including, Rowan University, Moore College of Art and Design, and the Corcoran College of Art and Design. She has received a scholarship for 4 years at the Moore College of Art and Design.
Jessica is looking forward to being an art teacher one day and hopes to work with young children to inspire their creativity.

Ronald Cuff, the son of Ronald and Bernadette Cuff, has been named Cougar of the Month for February 2008.
Ron is in the top 20% of his class, maintains a high GPA, and is involved in many school activities such as Relay for Life, Green and Gold, Renaissance, and National Honor Society.
Ron is a member of the varsity wrestling team for the past three years att Schalick. He has received many wrestling honors such as: 2x Tri- County First Team, 2x Salem County First Team, and 2x District Runner- Up. This year Ron has been named "Wrestler of the Week" twice by Today’s Sunbeam. Ron is currently wrestling at the 125-pound weight class.
In addition to school and sports, Ron volunteers his time at the Veterans Home in Vineland. In 2005 Ron was named the VFW’s "Youth Volunteer of the Year" by a local post.
After graduation Ron plans to attend a four-year college and wrestle at the collegiate level.
